1. Services
Golf Coach Business Institute ("GCBI") provides digital marketing services to golf coaching professionals. Our services include, but are not limited to: marketing funnel strategy and build, paid advertising management (Meta/Facebook Ads), email and SMS automation setup, conversion rate optimisation, and ongoing coaching and advisory services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for established golf coaching professionals. By engaging our services, you represent that you are a legitimate business operator with the capacity to fulfil coaching services to your clients.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We accept payment via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due upon receipt unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
4. Service Delivery
Service timelines are outlined in your service agreement. The DFY Ascension Funnel Sprint is an 8-week program. Timelines are contingent on timely provision of required assets, approvals, and information from the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content assets (testimonials, screenshots, video clips), access to required platforms and accounts, timely feedback and approvals, and the ability to fulfil their high-ticket coaching program to clients.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. GCBI retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
7. Limitation of Liability
GCBI provides marketing services and cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on factors including market conditions, client execution, offer quality, and advertising platform performance. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
