Overview

Golf Coach Business Institute provides professional digital marketing and consulting services. Due to the nature of our work — which involves significant time, labour, and proprietary resources — our refund policy is as follows.

DFY Ascension Funnel Sprint ($6,000)

This is a done-for-you service engagement. Once work has commenced (typically within 48 hours of payment), no refunds are available. If you cancel before work commences, a full refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees.

Build + Coaching ($2,000 setup + $1,000/month)

The $2,000 setup fee is non-refundable once the funnel build has commenced. Monthly coaching fees may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Monthly Retainers

Monthly retainer fees ($1,500/month or $2,500/month) may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once a retainer payment has been processed.

Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or a service has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the issue arising. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
